Regular size single room. Brand new single mattress. Internet provided, use of garden, kitchen, wetroom and tv room. You will have shared use of the fridge and three cupboards in the kitchen. Large in built wardrobe in room. The loft is boarded out for extra storage. This will be on a short term basis for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 18 months. There will be a 1 month trial period to see if we are both comfortable and compatible with the situation. The deposit will include first week rent and a non refundable £100 to cover cleaning costs and new mattress. I am a live in landlord and the sole occupant. I will inform the local council you are living here for the purposes of council tax. Wood Green tube station, Doctor, dentist, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and shopping city are all within a 500yd walk, bus stop 20yds with buses to Bruce Grove train station. Central London door to door in 23mins. Ideally a professional, responsible, clean person should apply. I will expect you to maintain a certain level of hygiene and clean up after yourself and be respectful of the house.

You will have shared use of the large lounge & tv room.
Large garden with lots of space to practice fitness & yoga.
You can safely chain your bike up in the backyard.
