I have 2 double rooms to rent for (each for 1 person only)

The smaller is £450 a month and the bigger one is £550 a month. The rent is all inclusive. This include gas, water, electricity and super-fast internet (350MB/second!)

The property is located just 4 minute or a stone throw away from the Turnpike Lane Station and Wood Green Station as you can see from the map. The Piccadilly Line also has night tube in the weekend, so allow you to travel everywhere. If you prefer buses, there are many buses to travel around during the day time and also night buses to Central London.

The location is very quiet and it is located in the residential area. It also only a 3 minutes walking to Wood Green shopping centres with plenty of shops, restaurant, library, gym, off license shops, coffee shops and cinemas. You can enjoy a place like home and easy to travel to anywhere.

The property also has a garden that facing South so there will be plenty of Sun during the day (If London weather is not too disappointing this Summer. )

The room is also newly decorated, double glazed windows, new painted, new comfortable carpet, new Ottoman bed frame with plenty of storages, new desk and table light and a new comfortable mattress. You will also have your own TV in the room.

You need to be full time working, mature, clean and tidy, friendly and looking after the property.

1 month deposit and 1 month rent in advance is required.
