You will basically have the bedroom and dining/living area to yourself at the back of the flat..(See pics)
(this will be to replace the female who I have shared with for the past 5 years) ideally looking for a clean and tidy professional female tenant age 25-40 years. The reasoning for the female preference is purely down to cleanliness and replacing the female I have lived with for the past 5 years. The arrangement worked well and is one im comfortable with.
Im a shift worker so usually out a lot working. The flat is normally nice an quiet.
