I have a one bed flat in Woodgreen. It consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and
living room space.
You are more than welcome to come and view the property as I don’t believe the pictures do the size justice. I will provide bed, dining table, oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
I’m looking for a respectful, clean and employed tenant to move into the property.
It is a seven minute walk to Woodgreen station or a 12 minute walk to Alexandra Palace station which takes you central London in less than 30 minutes. The property is surrounded by local amenities which include shops, schools, Gym and entertainment like cinema and pubs and bars.
The rent price includes all bills.
Ideally, The tenant moving in will just have clothing belongings and no furniture as I do not wish to put my furniture into storage. Unless of course they are happy to pay the storage fees if they do have furniture.
