Single room available in a 4 bed flat share.

Bills are not included and are approx £120 per month each.

Communal space is minimal. For full transparency, if you have a lot of belongings you will have very limited storage space.

One bathroom (as it is shared between 4 people, it is asked that everyone is considerate of the use during the mornings to allow for everyone to get ready for work on time). Shared kitchen space and balcony at back of property.

Room is furnished with a single bed and drawers, there is a built-in wardrobe.
House is multicultural. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.

Outgoing tenant leaves 7th March, room will be available after this time.

The flat is not modern but in reasonable decorative condition and it is kept clean, we don’t have a cleaner or cleaning rota. Due to past experience of inconsiderate tenants, anyone who cannot not take initiative to clean communal spaces and share in the mental load and responsibility of the upkeep of the flat cannot live here. This is a reasonable expectation for a shared household of adults.

This is a very quiet house, not a place for parties or large gatherings. The space does not accommodate it. Being in our 30s and 40s with busy jobs and lives, we value our peace and quiet at home and appreciate others who would feel the same way. There is a young family in the neighbouring flat with small children too so we are considerate of our neighbours.

The room is small and would likely benefit someone who is needing a short term let, student who can guarantee the rent, or someone working night shifts who needs a quiet house during the day.

Non smoking preferred - cigarettes or otherwise.

Turnpike Lane station is a 5 minute walk, Wood Green is a 10 minute walk (both Piccadilly Line), Haringey Green Lanes Overground is a 20 minute walk.
