Room is furnished with a single bed and drawers, there is a built-in wardrobe. If you wanted to bring your own furniture the landlord would be flexible on removing stuff for you.
House is multicultural. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.

The flat is in reasonable decorative condition and it is kept clean, we don’t have a cleaner or cleaning rota, we just share this between ourselves.

Being in our 30s and 40s with busy jobs and lives, we value our peace and quiet at home and appreciate others who would feel the same way.

Balcony and garden are a lovely space in the summer months. We do our own things and appreciate a quiet home but we do enjoy a bit of socialising and a bottle of wine or two together on occasion! There’s a lovely pub on the corner too.

The room may also benefit someone who is needing a short term let, a Mon-Fri let, a student who can guarantee the rent, or someone working night shifts who needs a quiet house during the day.

No smoking in the house but balcony space outside is available.

Turnpike Lane station is a 5 minute walk, Wood Green is a 10 minute walk (both Piccadilly Line), Haringey Green Lanes Overground is a 20 minute walk.
