Hello all poor London souls looking for love (a flat share)

We have a lovely 4 bed house share in Wood Green/Bounds Green and we're looking for a fantastic new housemate (this could be you!)

I'll be very sad to leave as I absolutely adore living here , but I'm becoming a big boy and moving in with my delightful girlfriend. Wohoo for me!

The Room:

£675/month + ~£100 bills (an absolute STEAL for London these days).
Reasonably sized and bright. The bed, desk and drawers are mine, happy to discuss leaving some of them.

Move-in: Available from March 21st

Referencing - Standard deal here so you will have to have an actual job (soz)

Deposit - it's about £875.

The House:

Cozy sitting room where we love spending time together. We are ideally looking for someone who would be up for being friends and having a bit of craic with us!

Also we are normal human beings so we also like to not speak to each other when we want to chill.

Functional kitchen, decent bathroom, and a little outdoor balcony.
Genuinely good energy.

The Area:

Right on Myddleton Road. Which has some really cute Cafes, Greek food, Turkish food. Big community vibes which we love!
10-15 min walk to Bounds Green / Wood Green (Piccadilly)
7 mins to Bowes Park (train to Moorgate)
A stank Tesco Express is round the corner for emergencies
Ally Pally is walkable for pretending you’re outdoorsy

The Housemates:

Ian - An extremely hilarious Videographer from Ireland.
Margs – Simply a legend. That is all. Likes to gym, pilates.
Paige - loves a chat, also a legend. Also likes some creative pursuits.

We’re social, up for chats, drinks, the odd house roast (of each other), but also have our own lives. It’s relaxed, clean, respectful, like an actual home.

Ultimately we are looking for an absolute legend who is equal parts chill and chaotic.
