Spacious Room in Wood Green

Hi everyone :) leaving this sweet home after almost two years. It’s a large, spacious room in Wood Green down a residential road. We’re a 10 min walk from tube station, 20 mins to Ally Pally, and the high street is packed with every shop you could want haha! The room comes furnished and we’re a chill & creative household, with the current flatmates working in art and architecture! The current split is 2 lovely ladies and 2 sweet guys!! 🥰 We’re a sociable household and also respectful of each others space!! We have a bathroom upstairs with a shower and a Harry Potter style loo under the stairs haha. We all have diff schedules so are never on top of each other space wise!

The bills are roughly £100/month, and looking for someone to move in asap! The landlord is pretty relaxed but are responsive if we need anything. We have lots of nice parks near us and it’s a really well connected area as you can get to central in 30 mins.
