Light, spacious furnished room in Family Home

Hello Spareroomer!

We (myself and boyfriend) are subletting a beautiful furnished double room at the top of the house.

Due to current circumstances our lovely lodger has had to return home so we are looking for someone who is as equally lovely to join us for when things go back to normal.

We have one family bathroom on the 2nd floor; a downstairs shower room and toilet. Drive and road parking.

We have two children (ages 6 and 8) that live with us part time, so you would have to be happy with that and all it entails.

We’re ideally looking for a Monday-Thursday/Friday let for a friendly single professional who would like to eat, have a chat or watch tv with us sometimes.

Transport in the area is great - Highams Park station is a 7 minute walk away - trains go direct to Walthamstow Central (for the Victoria line) in 5 or Liverpool Street (everywhere else) in 20 minutes. It’s also a short bus ride (end of the road) to Woodford/South Woodford for the Central line. Ideal for someone working in the City - we work in Baker St/Canary Wharf.
