Looking for a female (650 per month). Room available until end of Feb 2023.

We have a loft - you will get a double bedroom and en-suite. Wardrobes, double bed and mini fridge included! You also get access to the kitchen too. There are bar stools in the kitchen so you can eat there. You will also get your own cupboards and shared fridge in the kitchen. You will not have access to the other rooms. You can put any extra belongings in the garage if you wish.

It’s my uncle's house, me and mum live there and I’m managing the rental side.

We ideally wouldn’t like guests to come over - you can have them in your room but they CANNOT stay over. Also mindful of COVID so want people who will respect restrictions etc.

We require ID as well as proof of employment.

We are looking for someone long term - short term lets may be considered! If you want your own personal space, then this is the house for you.

Due to the pandemic, we are currently only offering Video calls viewing.

Under just 15 mins from the central line (Woodford). Off-street parking. 8 min walk from Co-op and a 5 min drive to Tescos.
