Newly reno’d rooms with own kitchen & bathroom

We are looking for 1-2 people to occupy our first floor - one double room and one single together, you will also have your own bathroom, and a living area with kitchenette. All rooms are furnished. No access to the garden.

Council tax, bills and WiFi are included.

The property is 0.8 miles from Woodford Station (central line), and in close proximity to many amenities and restaurants. Less than 15 minutes into Stratford, and half an hour into Oxford Street.

My husband Tee works in the Motor Industry and I am an Office Manager in a school, currently on maternity leave.
We are looking for someone who is clean and takes pride in the space they live in. We tend to keep to ourselves, but would enjoy the occasional socialising. I do enjoy being hostess with the mostest, so fancy meals being shared is definitely on the table.

Please note: we are not looking to let these rooms separately, both are included in the cost of £1300. We have some flexibility if you’d only like one room.
