Single Room in Shared Flat

I have a lovely room up for grabs in my (south-facing!) two-bedroom flat, perfectly positioned to soak up the sun during the summer. The vibe here is light, and airy, with high ceilings - loft vibes.

You'll share the space with me - 24, working from home, creative. I’m still sprinkling a bit of love here and there to make this flat even more welcoming, so if you would like to share the task of making the space feel like a home, would love it.

Ideally, I'm looking for somebody who's:
- friendly
- professional 9-5 who is not WFH every day
- a reasonable balance between party and respect, happy to have friends over for drinks/gaming nights and occasional overnight guests, but with balance
- shared laughs & the occasional meal
- clean and not a stranger to a vacuum cleaner

It’s a 15-minute walk from South Woodford on the Central Line and there's a bus stop right outside the flat and a Tesco Express across the road if you're ever too drained to cook.

The rent is 700 with bills included apart from water which is £20 a month and council tax which is TBD but probably won't be much. The room can fit a small double and wardrobe.
