The bedroom is on the ground floor and the room is furnished with a comfortable single bed, wardrobes and curtains. There are 2 bathrooms, they are on the ground floor and 1st floor.
There is the rear patio overlooking the large maintained garden and in summer it’s lovely to sit in the patio overlooking the garden.
The property is in a quiet residential location. Wireless internet access is available. The house is kept clean and tidy and someone who will keep it that way would be appreciated.

Close to buses W14, 275 and 123, the Central line which takes you from Woodford (Zone 4) - Central London in about half hour. There are local shops, a Tesco and a gym close by. We also have an AMAZING park / forest, great for walking/running/biking close by.
