New Kitchen needing a personal touch.

Hello, I recently went mad and bought a house. Coming to the end of renovating (needs carpet on stairs) it and realising it needs people in it to make it feel like home. Still need a few bits done - new carpets and possibly second downstairs toilet.

There are 3 rooms of which I will take one, though I am flexible which. That leaves any 2 of the three available to let - you get a choice.

I'm 41, going on 21. My friends have succeeded with the the get-married-have-children thing and I'm still here... living the dream. I'm easy going, enjoy a beer or glass of red. Also enjoy a night at the movies or GOT binge! Love all the usual things... music, holidays, football. Fun fact - I geek out on ancient civilisations.

According to Google the house is 0.3 miles/5 minutes walk from Woolwich Arsenal Station and - if it ever gets completed - 5 minutes walk from Crossrail. If you need the river fiery to it's 13 minutes walk.
