I’m looking for a new flatmate after a wonderful 3-year run with my previous lodger, who’s moving to live in a different neighbourhood. This is a professional, friendly household in a stunning riverside location. Available from July.

I’m usually busy with work or out with friends, staying active, travelling, or organising sailing events. I enjoy the occasional shared meal or glass of wine, but also value independence and quiet time at home.

I’m clean, organised, and respectful - and looking for the same in a flatmate.

• Working professional (25-45) with stable income
• Clean, respectful, reliable
• Direct communicator - comfortable chatting openly about household stuff
