I’m a Strategy Director in financial services, an LBS MBA grad, and the Director of the LBS Alumni Sailing Club. I’m friendly, professional, and respect a good balance of shared living and personal space.
I’m usually busy with work or out with friends, staying active, travelling, or organising sailing events. I enjoy the occasional shared meal or glass of wine, but also value independence and quiet time at home.

I’m clean, organised, and respectful - and looking for the same in a flatmate.
Ideal Flatmate:
• Working professional (25-45) with stable income
• Clean, respectful, reliable
• Direct communicator - comfortable chatting openly about household stuff
• Independent - has your own social life and is comfortable with a lodger/landlord dynamic
• Looking for stability - minimum 1 year, ideally longer
