It is newly refurbished and can convert to a studio flat as it has a direct access outside so you do not have to meet anyone if you do not wish to.

The rent is £1200 per month including all bills and council tax. It is fully furnished with murphy bed and new mattress (giving you extra space when not in use), a sofa, 2 cupboards, clothes hanging and storage area, and a fridge.

The house has a large kitchen and diner area if you wish to cook, and a back garden. It is shared with 4 people.

You will be issued a Lodgers agreement.

I am a living in owner who is away a lot.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy the company of a cat and a small Yorkshire terrier. They are both very sweet :)
Someone who does not smoke and drink excessively, and is respectful and tidy.

DLR and train stations are 10 mins walk and Woolwich Arsenal Station for Elizabeth line is 13 mins walk. There are also night buses from central London.
