Large double bedroom for rent in Plumstead common

I have a spare double room available in a 2 bed victorian terrace house on Plumstead common and looking to find a friendly, clean/tidy housemate for a short term let. The room will be available from June 7th - July 5th. Open to renting the room for anything from 1 week or up to the full 4 weeks.

The house is overlooking the common on a quiet street with a paved rear south facing garden, a large open plan living/dining area and large shared bathroom. The Bedroom is at the rear of the house, bright/light south facing overlooking the garden and is furnished with a double bed, desk and large wardrobe. The bed is an ottoman so plenty of underfed storage too! Can provide duvet for the duration of stay but bed linen not provided.

My name is Alice and I'm a live in Landlord working as a fashion designer, splitting work between office and working from home a couple days a week.

Looking to rent the room to someone who's clean/tidy and respectful. The room is available from June 7th - July 5th for a short term let. Happy to consider shorter term lets within this time period- anything from 1 week - 4 weeks. No couples or pets.

The house is situated on the bus line 53 / 51 / 291. It's a 15min bus to Woolwich arsenal for Elizabeth line + DLR or 15-20min walk to Woolwich. Door to door to Tottenham Court Road is 45-50mins and door to door to Cannon street and 15min walk to Plumstead trainline which gets you into Cannon Street in approx. 45-50mins door to door. Free Car parking on the street outside the house too!

Queen Elizabeth HOSPITAL 2 miles away, Co-op and other convenience/food shops and bust stops only a few mins walk.
