We have two Single Rooms available to rent in a shared flat in Woolwich Common. We are a creative household. I work with arts and community carnivals, and my daughter is a musical theatre and dance student.

A 4 bedroom flat - Share with a 51-year-old and a 20-year-old, a shared Kitchen and living room. Toilet and Bath to share with one other person.

15-minute walk to Woolwich Arsenal station (Railway and DLR) and 20-minute walk to Woolwich Elizabeth Line. Bus routes (2 to 5 minutes walk - 244, 178, 161, 122, 53 and 51)

All bills inclusive (gas, electricity, water, council tax, services charges, and internet) Council tax band: B (included in bills)

Household:
This is a NON-smoking home.
You would share the house with the landlady, a 20-year-old female, one small and friendly dog, and one other female flatmate.

Transport:
15-20 min walk or 3 to 5 min by bus (244, 386, 51, 53, N53) to:
• DLR Woolwich Arsenal
• Elizabeth Line Woolwich (7 min to Canary Wharf, 20min Tottenham Court Road, etc)
• Uber Boat -River bus Woolwich
• Southern Eastern Woolwich.
The bus stops are a 2 to 5-minute walk from the flat.
