Myself and my housemate, are currently looking for a 3rd flatmate to take over the room from a previous short term tenant. Spacious room with a double bed and a table. The living room has a TV and couches and we have a fully furnished kitchen as well! The place is under 5 mins walk from the Woolwich Arsenal Elizabeth line, DLR and the National Rail and is part of the Royal Arsenal Riverside Development.
We are two happy go easy guys, bit of a workaholic but enjoy going out on walks, exploring London and the occasional blurry nights xD We like to have friends over maybe once in a month or two for a house party.
I personally enjoy cooking, but also would be mindful of keeping the place clean for the next person to use and would expect the same from our new to be housemate as well!
Always up for a friendly chat and a drink or could challenge you for a game of badminton or CSGO!
