Hi All,

We're Dan and Rosie and we currently live in this amazing flat and we're looking for someone to live with us for at least 6 months until the new contract year is finalised, although both of us will be looking to stay on beyond then.

The room is a small double room with shared bathroom -£833 pm.

Please note these figures do not include bills, although we normally pay about £125 per person per month. I'm not sure of the council tax band (I think C), but the 125 pppm will cover it.

The flat has a shared kitchen/lounge area which is of a good standard. However, by far and away the flat's best feature is an amazing balcony which stretches along the entire North and West facing sides of the property, giving spectacular views, as well as a great place to relax in the evening.

In terms of amenities, the flat is located about 5 minutes walk away from the new Woolwich Elizabeth Line station, providing quick and easy access into Canary Wharf (15mins door to door), the City (30 mins door to door), and Paddington (50 mins door to door). The local area is very safe, clean, and pretty quiet for London anyway! Shops, cafes, a pharmacist, and a gym are all within 5 minutes walk away, meaning that you're never too far away from anything you'd need to do.

I've (Dan) lived in this flat for three years and have had such a good time, making a bunch of amazing friends out of it. I hope I can do the same for the next six months, so please send me a message if you're interested in the flat. Working professionals between 25-35 would be preferred.
