I'm subletting my room over the summer as I'm going away for a contract. The house has a separate entrance and the bedrooms are on the top floor.
The other flatmate is a filmmaker and also the owner. Very chill.
A lot of space and great transport links: 10-15 minutes walking from the DLR and Rail (Woolwich Arsenal), and 15-20 from the Elizabeth line (Woolwich) or 7 minutes by bus.
I'd lock one of the closets with my clothes in it, and the other will be empty for your belongings. I can even leave towels and bedding out for you to use (the house has a washer-dryer).
Rent is all inclusive.
P. S. the house has two divas (cats) who even though may roll their eyes from time to time are absolute gems.
