I'm looking for a new roommate to take a double room with a private bathroom in a spacious apartment in Woolwich!

A little bit about me, I work for a publishing house in London Bridge and love to read and travel.

You would have a double bedroom, and you would also have your own bathroom just off the hallway. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

We would share the kitchen, spacious living room/dining room, and balcony.

There is also a concierge in the building and storage for deliveries.

In terms of logistics, the flat is extremely well-connected to central London. Woolwich Dockyard station is a 5-minute walk away, and from here, you can get directly to London Bridge by taking a 20-minute train. Woolwich Elizabeth Line, Woolwich Arsenal DLR station and Woolwich Arsenal train station are a 10-minute walk away and can be found just beyond Woolwich High Street, which is lined with shops, pharmacies, and much more (you will also find a big Lidl, Tesco and Sainsburys nearby). The flat is also on some fantastic bus routes that would take you to Charlton, Greenwich, North Greenwich/the 02, and more.

The rent is £875 per month (bills not included).

The room is available now, but successful applicants will need to undergo reference checks before the move-in date can be officially confirmed.
