The property is managed by hamptons and the lease is till September with the option for renewal!

Access info-
The flat is very accessible! The lobby is all one level with no step entry and there is lifts to the flat. The building itself is also street level.
We operate on a fob entry system to come into the building and then keys for the flat itself.
Within the building we have a concierge from early morning till late (no more missed parcels)
One thing to note is the front door is fairly heavy and can slam easily.
The flat also has 2 balcony’s which are also accessible via sliding doors (great in the summer)
Plus we are pet friendly!

Description-
The property is a new build apartment block located in Woolwich right on the Thames. It’s modern and well finished flat. It has a great open plan living/kitchen/dining with all needed appliances. It’s 2 bed 2 bath. With the room you’d be getting the bigger of the 2 with an en suite which has a shower cubicle. Plenty of room for a desk or whatever you need! The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
We also have a residents only gym to use!

It’s super well connected-
Elizabeth line is a 10 minute walk meaning you can be in central in about 35 minutes.
Woolwich arsenal (DLR + overground) is also around 12 minutes walk and Woolwich dockyard is about the same 12 minutes away! Plus there is a bus stop right outside the building with lots of routes!

About me-
I’m Roman, 23. You’d be sharing the flat with me!
I work full time in luxury fashion so I’m not home often during the days but around at night. I value my down time and calm but also up for a fun night out or just a chill movie night in the flat!
I’m a clean as you go kinda flatmate and would be looking for someone the same!
I’m also down to try a new coffee shop, go to a museum or any cool events happening!
So someone who doesn’t want to just co exist but instead hangout occasionally would be perfect!

I am known to throw the odd house party or wine night but nothing too crazy and of course this would all be respectable and communicated ahead of time!
