Large double in cozy home

Hi there,

Very Large double room (ie not a double bed wedged in a corner, looking for a clean, friendly down to earth person, who like a chat and dinner after work occasionally, and a nice glass of wine. I do work in the city and hours can be long so I like to come home to somewhere to relax put my feet up and have alone time when needed.

The room is a large double fully furnished (double bed with memory foam mattress, Wardrobe, Chest and dressing table). There is a study/guest room with sofa bed, for when the need arises. Large kitchen, separate dining room, I do like a good dinner party and a full-size laundry.

The bathroom downstairs would primarily be for your use as I have an ensuite upstairs, a lovely working wood burning fireplace in the lounge room for cozy nights infront of the TV. Polished floorboards throughout and a large garden with a fish pond and summer house.

About me, Aussie, Male, work near Trafalgar Square. My girlfriend stays a couple of nights a week and we enjoy getting out as and when we can and try to escape London. Enjoy a lot of cooking, wine, dinner parties, wine, etc.

House is just up the hill from Woolwich Arsenal of which the Train/DLR station is a 7min walk. Good transport into Greenwich/Blackheath and the city: Train/DLR direct to Bank, Cannon Street, London Bridge and Charring Cross and the Thames Clipper. There is on street parking, though you will need a permit (£82 a year, free evenings) or around the corner, there is a free section.
