Double room available for one person in a lovely house in a quiet and leafy street 5 min walk from Woolwich Arsenal Station (London borough of Greenwich).

The house, newly refurbished, is furnished to a high standard and is very well kept. Living here is more about sharing a home than renting a room. The house includes a large kitchen and living room and has two bathrooms with bathtub and shower. Free parking on street and nice garden at the back....ideal for summer BBQ!!!! The house is currently shared by 3 girls.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and night table. I am happy to purchase additional furniture if needed (e. g. table).

The house is 5 min walk from Woolwich Arsenal train station with excellent connections to Charing Cross, London Bridge, Cannon Street, Lewisham, Canary Wharf and Greenwich. Walking distance to local amenities and 24 hour buses to central London.

The room is £500 for a single person.

Price is inclusive of all bills, council tax, internet and a cleaner once a week.
