We are looking for a tidy and friendly individual to share our modern three bedroom penthouse apartment located in The Royal Arsenal Estate.
We have two choices of rooms. The double bedroom is light, cosy and newly furnished on it's own floor with a separate bathroom, the large spacious living and kitchen area is shared and has a balcony with a gorgeous view overlooking the docklands/Thames.
The single room, however can still fit a double bed, is located on the first floor with a shared, clean bathroom.
The apartment kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker/grill and hob. The flat also contains a washer/dyer machine.
