We have a Double room available in a 4 bedroom town house located in the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich.

The house is situated over 3 floors with the large open-plan shared living room and kitchen covering the whole of the ground floor. The four bedrooms and bathrooms are situated over the 1st and 2nd floors.
The room up for rent is located on the 1st floor at the front of the house, which has a lovely view of Wellington Park.

There are two bathrooms with one being the en suite which is located on the top floor, however this has always been agreed to be shared too if necessary. Though this is very rare as bathroom clashing is virtually non-existent!

There is a decent sized garden and also a drive which is currently rented out to another Royal Arsenal resident.

The Royal Arsenal area boasts beautiful river views, hosting the Tall ships and other events; we have an on-site 24hr concierge for post, keys, parking permits etc, along with a Gym, Medical Centre & Pharmacy all on the same street. There is a Tesco Express, M&S and a Sainsbury's within the area, and the Royal Arsenal has some very popular bars and pubs like the Dial Arch, the Taproom & The Guard House. Ideally, we are looking for a professional to join our household, someone who will fit in well with everyone and help create a friendly, welcoming home.

The landlord is brilliant, he's trusted us to look after the house well and is always very quick to sort out any problems we may have within the house. There are also no admin fees pay.

Rent is £550 a month plus bills, which average out to about £50/60 a month.
