I have one double room available for rent in a shared house on Alwyn St. The room is a first floor middle bedroom and is fully-furnished and well-presented, as are the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a spare bedroom for use by tenants as a guest or storage room. There is only one other tenant so it's a quiet house with lots of space and would suite a professional in their late 20's or older

The house itself is in a great location; 2 minutes walk from St. Michaels Station (7 minutes into Liverpool), 5 minutes from Lark Lane and 10 minutes from Sefton Park.

The house has freeview and superfast broadband.

The price is £565 per calendar month and includes all bills (Council Tax, water, superfast broad band, TV license, gas and electricity). Professionals preferred please.

Please note I am a live out landlord so require some notice for viewings.

Two references and a months deposit are required to secure the
room.
