*please note video is a couple years old but the flat still looks the same apart from a change of rug and tv stand. Viewings are welcome for suitable tenants
I have 2 double rooms available from the 1st of June, in the flat I’m currently living in, due to my flatmates moving on. The flat is located on Aigburth road, right at the bottom of Lark Lane and a few minutes walk from Sefton Park. There is street parking available and lots of nearby public transport links (bus stops and St Micheal’s train station a 5 min walk away). Rent is super affordable - bills are not included but I sort those out so you wouldn’t need to worry about calculating them, it would just be a case of splitting them between us each month (this includes council tax, gas and electric, water, internet and TV license). These on top of rent usually works out around £500-£520 each in total (sometimes a bit less but sometimes more depending on season etc). This property would be perfect for young professionals looking for an affordable place where they can save some money whilst renting.
The communal living space is a cosy living area, 2 sofas and a coffee table, with open plan dining table and kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and kettle. I have an air fryer and basically all kitchen supplies/cutlery I don’t mind you using so long as you keep them clean and replace if you damage them. The windows/windowsill in the living area are nice and big so lots of space for plants if that’s your thing!
The bedrooms are of a moderate size, all furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers etc. There will be a spare bedroom in the property as it is designed to be a 4-bed, however I think the space works much better with 3 people and it is nice having a spare room for multiple reasons. The rent is still very affordable between 3 people for the location.
There are 2 bathrooms, both with toilet sink and shower. Washing machine in the flat also. There is a small communal outer space shared with 3 other flats, which is just patio.
The flat is nice and quiet and if doors are closed you can barely hear a peep from around the flat. Neighbours are all young professionals and are respectful and friendly. I would expect any new tenants to be clean, tidy and respectful also. I am a relatively social person, I like cooking and chilling with flatmates after a day at work. I like nights in with board games and bevvies. I appreciate people’s space but no hermits or people that are going to be antisocial because I want to be able to enjoy the company of who I live with. I am a 28 year old female and would love some people of similar age that I can actually chat to ☺️
No pets allowed (but liking dogs is a must as I work in dog rescue so I do bring a friendly and house-trained dog home for a sleepover very rarely)
Smokers OK but please be respectful of the flat smelling nice
Throw me a line if you are interested - as 2 rooms are available I can take interest from single people or 2 friends however no couples please. I can send bedroom pictures through DM, I just didn’t want to post them online as they have other people’s belongings in currently.
Cheers ☺️
