Our housemates are all in a house WhatsApp group together to help with communication and to help you make great friends whilst at the house.

Location: Situated in leafy Aigburth L17 next to Sefton Park, Lark Lane and Aigburth Road with fantastic amenities nearby and great links to the city and beyond.

This unique property combines spectacular interior design, with luxurious quality. The huge rooms have been tailor made and uniquely designed, all offering private en-suite facilities, workstations and fully furnished.

Let's talk internet - the house includes Virgin Media M500 fibre broadband package with Unifi access points located around the property.

We've created a big shared co-living space on the ground floor, offering a boutique kitchen-diner, with plenty of seating and separate and access to a large rear yard with pub bench style seating.

On the opposite side of the ground floor you'll find the main lounge, where you can socialise and unwind. This opens onto the rear yard also.

Head up to the 1st floor and you will find a well equipped gym to let off some steam and a co working space. The house has numerous places where you can work so you're not stuck in your room if work from home.

There is a dedicated utility/laundry room equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers and all the usual cleaning and ironing gear.

There is also secure bike storage available at the rear of the house and street parking. You can park in the street day and night without restrictions.

We cannot recommend a viewing highly enough to avoid disappointment. These rooms will be gone in just a few weeks. BUILDING WORK IS NEAR COMPLETION BUT WE CAN CARRY OUT VIEWINGS NOW
