Hello home hunters!
My name’s Philly and I am the long term tenancy holder of this wonderful flat, ‘Wavo’ as it is affectionately known.
This place has worked her magic again and my lovely-former flatmates Hannah & Michael have just moved out & in together. There is a great vibe to this place and people have found friends and partners for life whilst living here. I have seen some beautiful souls come and go through these doors over the years, you can sense that energy upon arrival.
This is a chilled home and a peaceful sanctuary located in the heart of the best place to live in Liverpool. It is a safe space where you switch off or tune in & do your thang.

About me:
I am a musician and work in education with kids who have additional needs. I am well travelled and into all sorts of stuff, from perfumery to poker. I am a warm & passionate human with good morals. I’m chill to live with and very respectful of peoples personal space.

New flatmate preferences:
Someone kind, considerate, clean & chill.
Male or female between the ages of 21-45.
Ideally in full time employment but mature students will be considered.
The most important thing is that we’re on the same wavelength.

The flat itself:
This is a bright & spacious 3 bedroom -top floor flat (3rd floor not many stairs). It was originally built to house families in the 60s. It has a nice big living room and also comes with a balcony. The whole place has just been re-carpeted as well. There are communal gardens at the back and side of the building and there is plenty of parking space on the front. It is a 1 minute walk to Lark Lane & Sefton Park and we are close to all transport links and amenities. Princes Park is also just round the corner.

For Single Occupancy
Comes with a built in wardrobe and bed.
The room is a complete blank canvas, you can decorate it however you like.
Feng shui is celebrated here!

The financials:
Rent is £575 per month. This includes Wi-Fi, Gas & Leccy, Council Tax & Water.
Deposit is £300
