Double room En Suite next to Lark Lane

Hello!
Looking for one female to move into a very spacious 2 bed house on Linnet Lane. It has a huge kitchen, huge living room and the bedroom is a double bed with an en suite that is yours only. There is also a bathroom upstairs that is Sophia’s but it has a bath so if you want to use it that’s cool! The house / street is really quiet and the neighbours are lovely.

It is a 4 minute walk to Sefton Park and Lark Lane and a 2 minute walk to Princess Park. Loads of great independent cafes and restaurants, a desirable place to live! There are bus routes into town nearby. Also parking off the road, next to the house in a walled private area.

You’ll be moving in with Sophia who is lovely, calm and friendly with a mixture of hobbies! Sophia works from home 5 days a week. You can also work from home in the living room or you can bring a desk to your room, there is space for this.

Sophia loves all things crafty and is great at crochet, enjoys a good boardgame, climbs a bit and has friends over from time to time. She’s looking for someone who is friendly, and able to communicate if bringing people over - spontaneity is fine but no parties unless discussed before :) Easy going and looking for someone with a similar vibe to move in.

The rent is £475 a month plus bills which is about £130, I budget £150 just incase. The house is huge and very unique with high walls and loads of natural light.

No students please, professionals preferred.

I will be doing houseviewings in the first and second week of May. The contract starts on the 28th May, if you want to move in before then please contact me as there may be able to be some flexibility on my move out date.

I am on holiday currently so don’t have a photo of the bedroom somehow! I will be back on Tuesday 30th so will upload a photo of the bedroom fully there. Photos are screenshots from when I moved in, the room has since then tidied and made more homely, with the mirror moved out. Curtains come with the room I just have my blinds in.
