Room to rent on Lark Lane

Lovely spacious room and personal shower room in a flat on Lark Lane. The bed is a super king and there is a separate shower room/loo that is solely for your use, although if you like a bath there’s one in the main bathroom. The furniture included is the wooden chest of drawers in the middle of the room facing the bed, the bed and mattress itself, the bedside tables and the mirrored wardrobes. The rest is my own and will be moving with me.

The living room and kitchen are open plan and very cozy, there’s also a dining table in the hall for eating or use as a desk if you wfh and don’t want to work from your bedroom.

There are three of us living here at the moment and I’ve listed a few of our interests - we’re all very active and social and we’re looking for someone like minded to take my room after I move out.

My move out date is 31st May, however there is some work that needs doing to the roof directly above so your move in date will likely be in early June. At this stage we would only be able to arrange viewings for people with the flexibility to move out anytime between June/July. I will update this post with more exact date info once the work is all booked in.

We have a great private landlord who gets repairs and maintenance sorted fast and the rent is pretty hard to beat. Just give me a shout with any Qs.
