Double en-suite Room Available Near Sefton Park

I’m renting a room in my lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat. The room is a furnished double with a small private en-suite bathroom. There is also a dedicated off-street parking space. The flat is well equipped including a washer-dryer and a dishwasher.

The flat is located on the second floor of a secure building in a quiet, green neighborhood close to Sefton Park, Princes’ park, and Lark Lane. It’s a great spot in the city with good access to green spaces, amenities and bars/restaurants.

The existing flatmate is a 29 year-old PhD student at University of Liverpool called Amanda. She is a clean, friendly flatmate, who is respectful of the shared spaces and looking for someone who shares these attributes to peacefully share the apartment with. She would prefer to live with another female housemate so female applicants are preferred.

All utility bills except council tax are included. Mature and post-graduate students are preferred. Professionals may be considered but will be liable to pay 75% of band C council tax.
