Large double with ensuite

Whole top floor of 3 storey house with en-suite available. This is my current bedroom I do have another room which is a little cheaper if preferred. Perfect area close to st micheals and only a 2 minute walk to the shops and Lark lane.
I sometimes work from home but most evenings I’m out. I do have a cat. I’m really into cooking and music so quite happy to socialise with someone young or old I’m dead easy going.
References and proof of income required
Just to be clear you are renting a room with shared facilities not half a house. Standard spare room lodgers agreement . Students or employed people preferred please
