There is a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, comfy chair and well equipped kitchenette, including built in hob, microwave and fridge. Shared bathroom next to bedsit room with shared use of second shower room. including washing machine and dryer on ground floor.

This bedsit would suit a postgrad student or professional person. The room is in a relaxed family home, we are easy going but need reasonable quiet on week day evenings as we are studying and working and have to get up early during the week.

Visiting friends may stay over by arrangement for a couple of nights at a time, as long as they are not left alone in the house.
