Top Floor Double Room Aigburth All Bills

Newly decorated top floor room in lovely house in Aigburth looking over Princes Park with all bills included (council tax, broadband, electricity, gas, water.) All bills in my name and I take care of the admin etc so you've nothing to commit to or worry about. Im the only other tenant, I work away and have a campervan so you'll be getting the house to yourself the majority of time . I'll be at the house 1 to 3 days then usually gone between a week and 10 days. You'll be getting the lounge area to yourself with no queuing for the bathroom or the kitchen, only thing I ask of you is to please feed the 2 fish. I work full-time for the council and love cycling, travel, sport and cooking. Im laid back, social and respectful of other peoples space. Don't mind having friends or partners around at all. The house is beautiful and I've lived here about 9years. I was the first person to view it when it went on market which says it all. It's in Aigburth near Lark Lane so loads of parks, bars, restaurants, road, cycle, bus and train routes. Wooden floors, big windows and is top floor so great views from all rooms (and no noisy neighbours.) Room comes furnished and is at top of the house, ideal for peace and quiet.
