We have a room available now in our amazing flat on Lark Lane, right next to Sefton Park.
The flat is on the second floor, and is close enough to bus stops/ St Michael's train station, so it's easy to get to the city centre. There is also room for a car as the building has its own gated car park.
The flat is pretty big with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so a potential flatmate will have their own shower/bath just across the hall from the room. We have also furnished the house, but the bed in the available room isn't great, so may need replacing.
I currently live here with my girlfriend, but as she is moving abroad, we need someone else to move in, preferably a nice professional who enjoys chilling in the park, playing video games and who doesn't make a mess!
