I am looking for someone tidy and respectful of shared living. The house is minimalist in decoration with quality furnishings, periodically being upgraded.

The house has a security composite front door, bespoke glazed walnut doors to the living room & kitchen and the external rear wall has been re-pointed.

I use part of the lounge Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30 as my office whilst working from home but the other side is free to use if you are also working from home. Come 16:30 I go to the gym and I’m out as much as possible over weekends.
Tenancy term: 6months from move in date, then monthly rolling until an end date of April’22 when the house will be sold).
