Hello! I have a newly furnished large double room available to rent in my lovely peaceful flat Located in a great part of the city. The flat is over two floors, and really feels a lot more like a house that starts on the first floor than a typical, cramped flat

The living room also overlooks a dog park, which I think is a huge selling point

My work keeps me very busy and you’ll often have the place to yourself, especially on evenings/ weekends

I’ve gone out of my way to make the flat a comfortable, welcoming space and hope you’ll love it as much as I do

The rent includes all bills (inc council tax)

There is fast internet & sky tv

The kitchen is pretty well kitted out out and includes a washing machine, I’m planning to add a dryer soon, but the radiators/ fire escape work very well for drying too

I’ve had great experiences living with males and females, so I have no strong preference for either so long as we get along!

I ask that you’ll keep communal spaces reasonably clean & tidy, and I’ll do the same

I’d also be open to splitting the cost of a cleaner if someone would be interested in that
