I have a double room available with en-suite. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and computer desk if required.

The flat consists of a shared living room area with open plan kitchen.

Washing machine and tumble drier is found in a separate utility room.

The price of £450 per month includes ALL bills, inc council tax, water, electricity bill, broadband, BT TV and BT Sport and TV licence.

A parking space is available, with the complex having a locked gate, requiring a key fob, for added security.

The flat is located in a quiet area, within 15 mins walk of either Liverpool South Parkway, Cressington or Allerton stations. A bus stop is 5 mins walk away. Tesco superstore is approx 20 mins walk. Area is also served by a variety of corner shops, takeaways and pubs.

I am friendly and considerate to live with, with a good sense of humour, and I like a quiet house, getting on with and enjoying the company of my flatmate whilst still having the space to live my own life.

I'm an English teacher by profession and I like to unwind when I get home. Of course I do not object to a flatmate having family or friends over to visit.
