In this House we have 3 females, both between the ages of 21 and 35. Both working professionals.

THE HOUSE
The house has 4 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. Each room has an ensuite and a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Fountains Street in Birkenhead and Birkenhead Central is just a 15 minute walk away where the Train can take you into Liverpool Central in just 10 Minutes. If you Drive, Liverpool One is just a 10 minute drive away.
When the weather is nice, you can also take the Ferry across the River Mersey to take in the stunning views.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Asda and Sainsbury's are just a 15 minute walk from the property. A Tesco Express is a convenient 10 minute walk and there are plenty of local pubs and places to eat. If you are in need of a break, then the Wallasey Central Park is only a 15 minute walk away

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
