The house has 4 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a yard to the rear and parking is on street at the front of the property.

Rock Ferry train station is a 5 Minute walk away where the train can take you to Liverpool city centre in just 15 Minutes.
If you drive, you can hop in your car and be in Liverpool city centre in just 10 Minutes.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
