Double room in quirky house

Room is big enough for a double bed and chest of draws / bedside cabinets. It is currently furnished with a double bed, tv with NowTv movies/entertainment and a small cabinet. The room can be cleared if required. There is also shared access to third small bedroom that doubles as a storage/wardrobe/ironing room. There is also a large lobby that could be used as a separate living room if required (oddly shaped)
Central heating and electrics fully replaced 4 years ago.

The house has a large kitchen/dining room with plenty of cupboard space and equipped with fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, microwave, electric fan oven and gas hob.

Bathroom has an electric over bath shower and curtain, large bath with separate shower taps, toilet and wash basin.

The living room is quite large with 5 sofa seats, electric living flame effect fire, tv with freeview and NowTv, blueray 5.1 cinema sound and ps3/ps4. The house has recently had Talk Talk fibre broadband fitted with latest wi-fi router.

There is a small yard to rear.

Please note I have a German Shepherd dog who is very friendly so you would have to be ok with pets and I am open to another dog owner as I know how hard it can be to accommodate mans' best friend!

I am looking for a working person who is over 25. I am a gay man and open to any orientation as long as open minded.

The room will be freshly painted before moving in. Carpet is new room has rarely been used.

The house is an end terrace that was once a corner shop with very odd layout so viewing is recommended but has a lot of character and potential. Once room rented I am looking to make regular improvements and redecorate throughout.
