I'm looking for a flatmate to share my 2nd floor 2 bed flat with, who appreciates the comforts of home.

Spacious double bedroom with shared amenities.

Bedroom- double bed with triple wardrobe (1 area shelf space), 2 bedside cabinets with dressing table with stool.

Lounge- 3 seater sofa with large cuddle chair, TV with Sky box, dining table with 4 chairs for entertaining

Kitchen- electric oven and grill, induction hob, frost free fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher

Bathroom- toilet with sink, shower over bath and shower screen. (Shared)

Communal garden with off road parking. Hall Road Station is at the bottom of the garden. Trains run every 15 mins so easy access to towns along the Sefton coast and beyond. 20 min train ride into Liverpool City Centre and all it has to offer.

10 min drive from Switch Island and the Motorway Network

I'm a professional who works long hours, usually return home approximately 9.30pm, so you will have time and space for yourself. Occasionally i work from home.

I enjoy cooking and entertaining friends. I can be found walking along the beach sunset hunting as we have some beauties
