3-bed semi detached house in Crosby, just a few minutes walk from Crosby Village - with bars, shops and restaurants.

Lovely double bedroom - 3/4 size bed, mattress, large chest of drawers and matching side table/drawers, double rail, tv aerial point, view over garden.

Fantastic big kitchen- perfect if you're into cooking or baking. Overlooking the garden which has a patio area and lawn. There is a shed which is empty at the moment, so is perfect for storing a bike in.

Newly decorated bathroom with bath and brand new shower.

All bills included, including wifi.

Parking available on the road.
Waterloo and Blundellsands & Crosby train stations are 20-25min walk. Buses into Liverpool or Southport are only a 5min walk away.

I'm looking for a friendly housemate to move in, who enjoys the occasional glass of wine in front of the tv but also has their own hobbies and is looking for somewhere homely and comfortable to live.
