I live in a modern property on a cul-de-sac near Stanlow, Essar, Innospec, Capenhurst etc.
A good sized furnished double bedroom and single bedroom with a shared bathroom. All bills are included. There is off road parking available and a secure area to leave bikes.
The rooms and bathroom is on the middle floor of the house, (there are 3 floors and I occupy the top floor and shared living spaces are on the ground floor).
Single room - £30 per night
The room has a single bed with memory foam topper, wardrobe, Smart HD TV, and tea & coffee facilities. The room will be serviced at the end of each week.
Double room - £35 per night
The room has a double bed with memory foam topper, wardrobe, 40” Smart HD TV, and tea & coffee facilities. The room will be serviced at the end of each week.
This would be ideal for those working in the area during weekdays (E. g contractors). There are no working from home facilities in the property.
