I'm advertising a double furnished room just off the A41 in Ellesmere port. All the furniture is brand new, and comes with a smart TV with Netflix/NowTV. There's also a Desk and a chair if needed and a triple wardrobe.

I'm a parent and my child comes to stay 1-2 nights a week (he's 10 and well behaved!), I work a rolling 4 shift pattern days/nights so you'll be getting the house free on the evenings fairly regularly.

I'm a sociable and respectful guy and looking for someone similar.

Parking is on-street and away from the property, there's no drive. All bills included. Great travel links to North Wales/Chester and the North West.
