Rooms to Let in shared appartment

I have one furnished double room to let on the top floor of a two storey house.
The room is in a self contained appartment with newly fitted kitchen that includes washing machine, oven with induction hob, fridge that has a small freezer compartment.
Each room has central heating and wifi the living room is furnished with a smart TV bathroom has a shower but no bath and is shared with the existing tennant.
Access to the appartment has to be obtained via the grouind floor main entrance of the house which is occupied.
The house is a quiet house with no pets.
The appartment has it's own front door that locks and is completely seperate from the rest of the house.
It is situated in a prime location and is a minute walk from Crosby Village and a ten minute walk to the local train station which runs into Liverpool City Centre or Southport.
There is also a regular bus service running to both areas within a minutes walk.
The room are will be available from 1st February 2018
Rent is £375 per calendar month with 100 deposit to secure the room but is refundable on departure from the flat

NB: No short term let long considered but a minimum of 6 months would be preferred also no month in advance required just. £100 deposit.
