£35 a night for short term midweek let's.

£500 a month/£600 for a couple for a full time let.

We live in a modern property on a new estate near Jaguar Land Rover, Speke Airport, Astrazeneca, Estuary Commerce Park, FORD Transmissions, Very, Finch Farm Training Facility, Whiston Hospital Widnes.

We are renting 2 double bedrooms in our home. One room is currently being used by a houemate who is moving out soon due to working in Chester now, he has lived with us for over 12months and has been very happy in our home and the other was our sons bedroom, but he is moving room.

Both rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. We also have a smart enabled TV for one of the rooms.

On the ground floor the house has a large kitchen diner, a separate living room, utility room with access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, downstairs w/c and a garage.

Upstairs there is a large family bathroom which will mainly be yours to use and our son when he wants a bath rather than a shower. He mainly uses the ensuite.

We have a good sized garden which gets sun most of the day. With a good selection of outside seating. We do also have a selection of childrens toys if anyone was moving in who had children visiting on weekends etc.

The location has nearby local shops, pub and excellent motorway links. It’s close proximity to Woolton Village, providing more excellent amenities is just a 10 minute drive.
Halewood train station is a 10 minute walk providing easy access to Warrington, Manchester and Liverpool centers.

We are a professional couple, who largely work 9-5, with a 3 nearly 4 year old son. Our son attends preschool 5 days a week so Monday - Friday is home, dinner, bath and bed for the little one. On school holidays he's home with me, I am a teacher or he will sometimes attend holiday club.

We do keep our home clean and tidy, we have a cleaner and have rented out rooms previously on air bnb on short term let's with plenty of positive reviews.

Rent is inclusive of all energy, council tax, water, Internet bills.
