Your own private bathroom is right next to your double room.
You share the house with myself + my daughter of 13 + 2x Little Pomeranian dogs
Who love company, but are not allowed upstairs.
I love cooking + being out in the garden.
There’s parking on my driveway
Opposite my driveway is Manor rd which is the train station with direct links to Liverpool London Chester which is two mins walk
I’m in the middle of Hoylake so you will be spoiled for restaurants coffee shops salons etc.
The beach + promenade is a two minute walk away.
I’m very friendly + helpful easy going etc
Would like the same quality in my lodger.
